Meet the team.
Erin Moore
Founder and Certified Public Accountant
I’m a CPA and Quickbooks Online expert with a passion for helping business owners feel confident about their numbers. With experience that began at Arthur Andersen in San Francisco to serving as a tax manager for a local Colorado CPA firm, I bring both technical expertise and practical insight to every engagement. Over the years, I’ve developed a reputation for being responsive, trustworthy, and thorough—qualities that make me a reliable partner for small businesses and their tax advisors alike.
I know that accounting can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to lift that burden from clients’ shoulders. By combining years of technical training with smart use of technology, I make the financial side of business more efficient, accurate, and stress-free.
Beyond the numbers, I’m committed to community. I’m a member of the Colorado Society of CPAs and the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce. I’ve volunteered as treasurer for the Centaurus Marching Band and remain active in my church community. I love a good book, a craft project or an afternoon with family or friends.
Rich Ludwig
Senior Accountant
With a decade of diverse accounting experience, I bring a wealth of expertise, ranging from the fast-paced environment of small startups, to luxury retail and from the complexities of a public company to local government. My background also spans specialized sectors such as property and agriculture, providing me with a unique perspective on the varied financial needs of different industries. I am passionate about helping businesses thrive by organizing and streamlining accounting processes, ensuring that ownership and management have access to the clear, insightful reporting necessary for making informed and impactful business decisions.
When I'm not working, I love gardening, dancing, reading, and am currently pursuing a master's degree in accounting at the University of Oklahoma and working toward CPA licensure.
Vinnie Bhushan
Senior Accountant
As a seasoned accounting professional, I have a knack for uniquely complex bookkeeping and learning new systems and workflows. With extensive experience in the service and CPG industry, I have a strong attention to detail and a nuanced understanding of the financial landscape for small to medium businesses. My ability to adapt to diverse business environments and collaborate effectively with teams supports operational efficiency and sustainable growth for businesses.
When not working, you can find me traveling to new destinations, hiking, reading, or cooking up a new recipe for my family.
Haydin Moore
Staff Bookkeeper
I have been a part time employee with Affinity since November 2024. As a new recruit to the world of accounting, I have an aptitude for numbers and organization and am eager to learn. Outside of work, I am a student at Front Range Community College, working on an Associate of Arts in Anthropology.
When not working with numbers, I enjoy music and crafting.
